Effective from 16 October 2026.
These terms apply to everybody who uses the semperonline.com website, our mobile app or their interface (API) — whether or not they buy anything. Purchases are additionally governed by our terms and conditions.
1. Who runs the website
SemperOnline is operated by DataYield, s.r.o., a limited liability company registered in the Czech Republic, company number 11942649, VAT number CZ11942649, registered office Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 356047.
Contact: support@semperonline.com.
2. What you may do
You may use the website and the app for what they are for: browsing the offer, comparing plans, buying and managing your eSIMs. You may link to the pages and share them.
3. Search engines and other robots
The content of the website, in particular the plan catalogue and prices, may be crawled by search engines and similar services for indexing, to the extent the robots.txt file permits. What it disallows, they may not crawl either.
4. What is prohibited
Without our prior written consent, you may not:
- systematically download, copy or otherwise extract the content of the website or a substantial part of it using robots, scripts or other automated means — other than indexing under section 3;
- access our API other than through our website and our apps;
- circumvent technical measures that limit the number of requests or access — rotating addresses, forging headers, spreading requests across machines and the like;
- use the website or the API in a way that burdens or endangers its operation.
5. Our database
The plan catalogue, including prices, regions, translations and descriptions, is a database whose obtaining and verification required substantial investment. We hold the sui generis right of the database maker under Section 88 et seq. of Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Czech Copyright Act. Extracting or re-utilising a substantial part of it, or repeatedly and systematically extracting insubstantial parts, is permitted only to those we have allowed to.
6. Breach
We may restrict or block access from the addresses, accounts or devices a breach comes from, without prior notice. We may also pursue claims under the law, in particular for damages and unjust enrichment.
7. Working with us
Want to use our data legitimately — a comparison site, partner sales, research? Write to support@semperonline.com and we will talk.
8. Final provisions
These terms are governed by Czech law. We may change them; a new version applies from its publication on this page.
